If you're overweight? The amount of fat can be measured using a special scale, a fold of skin with a tape measure or meter. The scale measures only the fat percentage of the lower and therefore less reliable. The skin fold measurement is a good method but it is best performed by an expert.

A healthy body fat percentage for men is between 15 and 25% for women is between 20 and 32%.

• Place the tape measure at the narrowest part of your body above your belly button and make sure it is not too tight

• Read the value For women is the ideal value for a waist size of 68-80 cm. To 88 cm, you have no increased health risk, over 88 cm and it is advised to lose weight. Men is the ideal value between 79 and 94 cm. To 102 cm, you have no increased health risk, over 102 cm and it is advised to lose weight.

If you want to fall off, you must eat fewer calories than you burn throughout the day, and / or make you burn more calories through exercise. If you want to come, you just eat more than you burn. • You must have the motivation to lose weight, your health is a good motivator. • It is important not to fall off too much at once. • Do not lose weight fast! • Set break moments. If you have a goal, then keep healthy eating and move, but not fall off. A pause time can eg half years.

The term mobile workers evokes visions of active, on the go employees who could not possibly suffer from a lack of activity and are immune to the stresses of office bound employees. However a new study, conducted by enterprise mobility firm iPass, has uncovered a completely opposite reality which should alarm employers. The study found that mobile workers suffer more mental and physical challenges than their corporate office counterparts. The iPass study surveyed 2,300 employees at 1,100 companies worldwide. Sleep patterns were disrupted as well with 62% of the respondents reporting less than seven hours of sleep per night and 52% feeling that their job affected their quality of sleep.

Lack of exercise combined with less hours of sleep is a recipe for a health and productivity disaster within a corporation.
